In January of year 2004, ZippySolutions has reached a donation agreement by which it get ready to develop to a structure Web of diffusion and management to from Leon Castilian Association of Patients of Fenilcetonuria and Otros Trastornos Metabólicos (ASPKUCYL).

ZippySolutions is had it jeopardize to the design, development, implementation and maintenance of the system. This tool will be made up of the following tools:

  • Control system for the internal management of the association.
  • Vestibule Web of diffusion centered in the recessive diseases of metabolic transmission. Car totally administered.
  • System of pursuit of evolution of the treatments of the patients in from Leon the Castilian region and (that allows the specialists whom such effect stops are registered and to which grants the permission to realize the access to this information, the power to use it for its studies and possible investigations). The information properly will be protected and in safe zone, always guarding by the protection of the privacy of the children.
  • Surroundings deprived for the associates to ASPKUCYL, allowing the creation of a virtual community.

For the development of this ZippySolutions project it has secured the collaboration of specialistic doctors in the matter.

At present the system is totally operative and is receiving an endorsement by the community at international level related to these diseases, in accordance with the results that are being obtained with respect to the number of visits that are arriving at the vestibule. At the moment the 2000 daily visits are being surpassed.
