INMO10, vertical solution to the needs of the real estate ones of the ZippySolutions hand
The tool allows to the publication of supplies in the Web and the electronic payment
ZippySolutions has developed a tool destined to the real estate companies with which they will have to his reach a more efficient and productive handling of his businesses. INMO10 is born with the aim of becoming a vertical solution that it will equip to these companies with the necessary instruments for it.
This platform of management of clients (CRM) offers different possibilities from its users. Among them, the establishment of a system of data bases with mechanisms of contact through movable telephony for the management of suppliers, clients and products, that is to say, of the salesmen of property, buyers and buildings. The application also allows to the publication of supplies in the Web and the electronic payment for the commercialization online of services.
INMO10 will allow to increase the sales of the real estate ones and to reduce their costs, since they will be able to eliminate derived expenses of the pick up and contact with clients like whom they suppose printed bulletins buzoneados.
For the implementation of this new project, ZippySolutions has taken as it bases his platform PYME10. The system allows to adapt to the needs of the generic companies of this sector and to the corporative image of each of them. The companies can, in addition, modify the contents that wish without it is precise the technical intervention of personnel.
The gestation and the development of this project are framed within the Plan Advances of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce, in particular within the measurement “Sectorial Solutions�, that in the community the Technological Center for the Development of the Telecommunications of Castile and Leon executes (CEDETEL).
