“Competitive Companies in Network�, companies

A new program of the central Administration will harness the effective implantation of the new technologies in the companies of small size

The Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce maintains its persistence in bringing back to consciousness to the small and medians organizations on the necessity to incorporate the technologies of the information and the communication (TIC) to its daily activity to increase, of remarkable way, the productivity, the yield and the competitiveness.

This effort has found reward with the beginning of the program “Companies in Network�. One is an ambitious initiative that, as their promoters have kept awake, it looks for “to accelerate the convergence process TIC of the counterpart Spanish SMEs with his European�.

The one in charge to manage this project will be the public organization enterprise Red.es, that will use as passed activities, especially practical, with that already she reaped great profits. , Of way thus generalized, the program will be structured in three types of interventions:

1. “Horizontal�.

2. “Sectorial�.

These actions will take place in the beneficiary independent communities of European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and they will be adapted to strategic the economic activities of each zone. The idea is to detect specific technological solutions for each sector and region.

In this way, from cases of success (“Demonstrating Projects�) new models of business will be validated and it will be helped the users to incorporate these innovations through formative measures, financial or of advising.

In addition, as complement, a determined number of companies of each work group will receive a material grant that will include hardware, software, broadband connection and applications of management, as well as support to the formation and the put into operation of the system. The objective, to detect the improvements derived from these contributions.

3. “Of equipment TIC�.

With these solutions, the small industralists will be able to receive subsidy to acquire a portable one and to contract the connection Internet. Its execution already is a reality, at least in phase of test, thanks to the program “Broadband of Aragon�.
